Not as much weed flavour as I expected. Ordinarily I gag at the taste of weed (especially in baking, which is much more my thing than cooking) but I had no trouble getting this down at all. An alternative idea is to use the olive oil and a Greek salad spice blend to make a salad dressing. My friends and I found we got full very fast because of all the bread.

For all the ladies out there, make sure to only eat 2 or so tbsps of this oil! I have a mighty tolerance for my size but 4 tbsps of this oil had me tripping balls until the next day, almost uncomfortably so. I finally snapped out of my high when I accidentally sliced through my knuckle while making lunch the next afternoon. 3 stitches but damn if I didn't have a good night before.

oh man, I'm going to have to try that. bread with olive oil dip is like my favorite easy snack anyways. I wonder how much flavor the weed releases into the oil.
